Tissue paper for packaging is typically 17–20 gsm. Lighter than 17 gsm tears easily; heavier than 22 gsm loses the delicate, airy quality associated with premium unboxing. Standard choice: 17 gsm for most apparel and cosmetics applications.

Print Methods

• Flexo (1–4 colour): Most economical at scale. Logo, pattern, simple graphics. MOQ 500 sheets.
• Digital print: Full colour, no plates, short run (from 100 sheets). Higher cost per sheet. Good for limited editions.
• Water-based ink only: Solvent inks are prohibited for tissue paper in direct product contact. BestPackFactory uses water-based inks exclusively.
