Step 1: Product Measurement

Measure your primary container (bottle, jar, tube) precisely: height, outer diameter or max L×W, cap height. Add clearance: 3–5 mm on each side for a snug fit; 8–10 mm if you want a loose fit for easy extraction. Send the physical product if you want BestPackFactory to measure — we do this at no charge.

Step 2: Choose Box Style

Common cosmetic packaging styles:

• Folding carton tuck-end box: most economical; 350–400 gsm SBS board
• Rigid set-up box with lid: for serums, fragrances, premium SKUs
• Drawer box: candle, lip gloss set, advent calendar style
• Cylinder tube: serums, lip balm, foundation stick

Step 3: Artwork Submission

Submit a dieline (provided free by BestPackFactory) with your artwork as a layered PDF or AI file. Include: brand colours in PMS/CMYK, regulatory text (INCI list, batch code, expiry format, country of origin), barcode (EAN-13 or UPC-A at minimum 80% size).

Step 4: Digital Proof

BestPackFactory sends a digital 3D mockup within 48 hours. Approve or request changes. One round of revision is included at no charge.

Step 5: Physical Sample

First physical sample shipped via DHL in 7–10 days (rigid box) or 5–7 days (folding carton). Sample cost: USD 30–120 depending on complexity, credited toward first production order.

Step 6: Mass Production and QC

After sample approval, mass production begins. BestPackFactory QC team inspects at three stages: post-print, post-laminate/finish and pre-packing. AQL 2.5 inspection report provided with shipment.

Step 7: Shipping
