What is the MOQ for custom packaging?
MOQ is 500 PCS per custom size and artwork. Sample orders can be arranged first.
How long does sampling take?
Dieline and artwork proof within 24 hours; physical samples in 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation.
Do you provide free dielines?
Yes. Free dielines and structural design support based on your product dimensions.
What Incoterms do you quote?
FOB Shenzhen, CIF, EXW and DDP. Freight depends on destination, quantity and packing method.
What compliance documents can you provide?
A signed third-party report, XNO250418226BX2-1 dated 21 April 2025, records PASS for three selected FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 tests on one submitted food-packaging-bag sample. It is not FDA approval or blanket product certification. ISO management-system certificates are listed with identifiers and scope; the old HACCP record expired 3 September 2026, and FSC records remain relationship-pending until the public holder is linked to the licensed factory entity. Request order-specific evidence before production.
Can you print variable data and one-code-one-product codes?
Yes. GS1 DataMatrix, serialization and variable data printing with verification are supported.
