What is the MOQ for custom packaging?
MOQ is 500 PCS per custom size and artwork. Sample orders can be arranged first.
How long does sampling take?
Dieline and artwork proof within 24 hours; physical samples in 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation.
Do you provide free dielines?
Yes. Free dielines and structural design support based on your product dimensions.
What Incoterms do you quote?
FOB Shenzhen, CIF, EXW and DDP. Freight depends on destination, quantity and packing method.
What compliance documents can you provide?
FSC® Chain of Custody certificate SGSHK-COC-332603 (SGS Hong Kong Limited, valid to 14 December 2030) covering FSC 100%, FSC Mix and FSC Recycled paper and paperboard, verifiable at search.fsc.org. Also FDA-compliant ink/material statements, MSDS and test reports on request. An FSC claim applies to an order only where it is agreed in advance and stated on the invoice and shipping documents. Certificates are verified per order; we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Can you print variable data and one-code-one-product codes?
Yes. GS1 DataMatrix, serialization and variable data printing with verification are supported.
