Production notes from our prepress team
- Crash-lock base snaps flat — leave 2 mm clearance at the base corners or it will bind.
- Shelf-ready trays need a perforated tear-away front — mark it on the dieline before cutting.
- Lid depth is usually 20–25 % of tray height; too shallow and it falls off, too deep and it is hard to remove.
