Production-preflight notes
- Fold both end walls first, then the long walls, so the locking ears seat behind them.
- Fold the two lid flaps down last and push the tab through the slot to lock — no tape needed.
- Board allowance is applied automatically from the thickness you enter; re-check tab/slot clearance after changing thickness.
