Quality Control Workflow from Material Incoming to Shipment
BestPackFactory uses a five-gate QC workflow on every production run. Incoming materials (board, film, inks, lamination film) are tested for thickness, grammage and surface energy against specification. Pre-press proofing includes a certified colour bar and Fogra PSO print standard verification. Mid-run inline inspection checks registration, colour density and lamination adhesion at hourly intervals. A final outgoing inspection follows AQL 2.5 sampling on the finished goods before packing — defects are categorised as critical, major and minor with acceptance/rejection thresholds per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. Photographic inspection records and a QC checklist are included in every shipment documentation package, and buyers receive a pre-shipment photo report within 24 hours of packing completion.
